Friday Night with Friends
Hello to you all. Yes...I made it to this week’s Friday Night with
Friends and I’m so happy. Friday night I
spent finishing some of my many projects that had been on the go. First of all
I finished stitching up some knitted pink booties
....and some blue ones
....and the hem on this dress
...and painting the shoes on the doll I’ve been commissioned to
make.
A very productive Friday night for me and so, with those things
now completed I am free to search for a new project. I will have to make a
start on some show entries I think. If you would like to knit the pink booties
email me and the pattern for the blue booties are from my favourite book Traditional knitting for children and bears.
I can’t wait to visit everyone else in the Friday Night with
Friends group, to see what they’ve been up to. Thanks Cheryll for getting us
altogether for a fun night. I'm off to see what everyone else has been up to. Chat soon.

Love the pink booties - very different. Also love the doll - I very nearly want to get back into making dolls - very nearly but not going to!!lol A great FNWF effort!!

I can't wait for grandies so I can put them in wee booties like those - they're adorable - especially the pink ones! Congrats on the finishes - it feels good to get things done and be able to start on fun new goodies :D
