Never let your best friends get lonely...
Keep disturbing them. 😂😂
Well hello there you guys!!!! I've just had the best two weeks of holidays ever. Lots of work has been completed lovingly in the garden ; rearranging things in my shed ; stock made for my stall and items dropped off to the Visitors Centre as it has now reopened. My little vegetable patch is growing well, with the exception of my poor old tomatoes getting a blasting from one frosty morning. I'm trying to save them and I think a few will survive.
The rest of the garden is also getting a face lift, with new pots and new plants being added. I went out to my favourite farm yesterday to pick more rocks for my shed pathing. Many thanks to Chris and Neville for all the lovely rocks.
I have been wildly crocheting gorgeous winter accessories for ladies and children. I have enough stock for the boys and men, so I needed to get a wiggle on with the areas of stock I was low on. So you will be shocked at how wild I went with the old crochet hook and the knitting needles.
As you can see, there is lots of new groovy things and I had such fun making them. I get much enjoyment out of using different textures and especially the little hat below, gave me great joy. I love the feel of the yarn, the unevenness of the yarn as it travels on my fingers. I know it sounds crazy 😜....but you all know what I'm like by now. lol
Would you like to hear a heart warming yarn? On our local sell and buy Face book page, a lady was selling heaps of garden pots, and this pot below was one of them she was selling. Unfortunately by the time I'd seen the ad, another lady had already said she'd buy it. So I went out to the property and purchased other pots that were there. I said to the lady that if for some reason this big square pot doesn't get collected...I would still be interested in it.
Guess what!!!!!!!??????? It's mine!! 💓💓💓
Also, super excited because when I looked inside it......Made in Italy!!!

So, my friends, I have had a pretty nice holiday and tomorrow, it's back to work. Verbena...if you can hear some strange noises all the way other there in Italy, don't worry, it will not be a strange animal crying....it will be the echoes of my tantrums and crying at having to go back to work.😂😂😂😂
Don't worry, I actually have a beautiful and fun job, it's just the first morning that I don't cope with. Once I get to work, I'm fine. Have a beautiful Sunday my friends. xx
Anita.
