Beauty is not in the face;
beauty is a light in the heart.

Good morning beautiful people 💜
I hope all is well with you in the world; the breath in your body and
warmth in your soul.😚 This week has gone by so quickly but I have had much success in completing my projects that I've worked so hard to finish.
I recently made a library bag from Pokemon material and with the leftover fabric I decided to make some little cuddly toys. Three have been completed and three are still in the making.
Forgive
the sad faces but these are reflecting my mood. Do not worry, I will
shake out of it...even if I have to make some curses on a couple of
people. On a brighter note and brighter colours, mad as I may appear....I have made three beautiful girl's ponchos and at the minute I am making another one in green tones. These were very popular at last years markets, so getting a stock pile of them now will be helpful for me. Yes.....even though we are going through our summer here in Australia, Anita is still crocheting and knitting.🤣🤣
While we're into the cheery colours...how do you like these little cuties? I found this free pattern and though I would give it a try. The flower is actually crocheted onto a hexagon shape in the pattern but I found another site that had crocheted them onto a square shape. If you would like to try the hexagon Lily pad click here.
This was a quick little project....lovely baby booties.
Friends are amazing people....just when you're having a rotten day (in my case....a rotten week), out of the blue friends do a random act of kindness. On Saturday a message came through on my phone "Will you be home in half an hour for a cup of coffee?" Ok, kettle is on, my friends turn up and gifted to me is an over locker. My over locker had recently decided to not stitch and is simply not working. My girlfriend has just purchased a new over locker and thought I would love her old one.
I am over the moon.🌜🐮🏂🐄
Many thanks Chris, your kindness came at a time I needed cheering up.🍒
While we're talking about cheering up, buying plants is always a good way to cheer up. I haven't seen this coloured pelagonia before....so I bought 2!
On the slow climb up to happiness, my luck was pretty good when I went to the shops and found 2 square containers that just happened to fit into the space I needed on my plant stand that Heather the feather bought for my birthday. Another success.
Oh yes...and joy of my heart.....Milo. He was found out this morning chewing up my pegs...again.
Only good when he wants to be.
Well my loves I must go now. Thank you for dropping by, I feel heaps better having shared my craft work with you and my thoughts. A good Sunday to you.🍷🍋🌻☕
Ciao, Anita.
